Yes. Schedu remembers your private response in the browser you used. Reopen the original event link or go to My invitations to edit it. On another browser or device, use Copy my private link after responding, or reconnect Google if your response is tied to that email. A name alone cannot recover a response. You can turn off Remember me in this browser or forget a saved response in My invitations.

No. They can open the event link, identify themselves, and paint availability. Google sign-in is optional and mainly helps with calendar import or identity confidence.

Anyone with the link can add their availability. This is the fastest group-chat flow, but the organizer should still review Group availability before choosing a time when the event matters.

Yes. Choose Schedule automatically after everyone answers, or set a deadline so Schedu chooses the strongest supported time known then. Deadline checks run in the background every few minutes.

Calendar import shows existing holds on the availability grid so you can paint around them. It does not submit your answer for you, and you can still mark any time manually.

Check spam first. The organizer can also copy that person’s private response link or share it directly. The dashboard keeps delivery, engagement, and response states separate and offers delivery recovery when needed.

Yes. From your private invite link, choose Delete my response to immediately remove your contact details and availability. Organizers can choose Delete event data from the private dashboard to remove the entire event and its dependent records. Save the private link. If the event is associated with your email, you can also reconnect the matching Google account under My events & invitations to restore access; otherwise the link is the only credential.
