FAQs
Do invitees need an account?
No. They can open the event link, identify themselves, and paint availability. Google sign-in is optional and mainly helps with calendar import or identity confidence.
What happens when I share an open link?
Anyone with the link can add their availability. This is the fastest group-chat flow, but the organizer should still review the dashboard before confirming when the event matters.
Can Schedu auto-book the meeting?
Yes. You can let Schedu book after everyone responds, or set a deadline so it books the best known time when the clock runs out. Deadline checks run in the background every few minutes.
Why connect Google Calendar?
Calendar import shows existing holds on the availability grid so you can paint around them. It does not submit your answer for you, and you can still mark any time manually.
What should I do if an invitation email does not arrive?
Check spam first. The organizer can also copy the event link or share it by WhatsApp. The dashboard shows sent, opened, clicked, and completed states when those signals are available.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Send the event link and what you want removed to help@schedu.xyz. Include enough detail to locate the event or invitation.
